• Record audio from meetings and conversations
• Automatically transcribe audio to text using artificial intelligence
• Identify and label different speakers
• Generate AI-powered summaries and insights
• Export and share transcriptions in various formats
• Store and organize meeting records in the cloud

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use VoiceTrack, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Service Tiers

VoiceTrack offers multiple service tiers:

• Free: 10 credits/month, basic transcription, 100MB storage
• Starter ($4.99/month): 100 credits, speaker ID, no ads, 10GB storage
• Pro ($9.99/month): 300 credits, AI insights, export features
• Team ($19.99/month): 600 credits, collaboration features, 50GB storage

4.2 Credits System

Our service uses a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 5 minutes of recording time. Credits are deducted based on actual recorded duration, not planned duration.

4.3 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Free trial periods are available for new users

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use VoiceTrack for legitimate business, educational, and personal purposes, including recording meetings where you have proper consent.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use VoiceTrack to:

• Record conversations without proper consent from all parties
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, store, or transmit malicious code or content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VoiceTrack, including audio recordings and transcriptions. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide our services.

6.2 Data Processing

We use AI services to process your audio and generate transcriptions. This processing may involve third-party AI providers who are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

6.3 Data Retention

We retain your data according to your subscription plan's storage limits and our Privacy Policy. You may delete your data at any time through the app.

7. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICETRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceTrack from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
